Absolute Systems awarded the distribution rights for Ariane Systems
Jan 2008

The South African IT company, Absolute Systems, has been awarded the rights to distribute and service Ariane Systems in Sub Saharan Africa.

Ariane Systems is the European leader in hotel check - in / check - out solutions. The group has ten years of experience in the hospitality industry and 1000 customers in 10 countries. They offer a complete and unique range of products and solutions suited to every type of hotel - from budget to five star accommodation, independent and affiliated hotels.

Ariane operates through subsidiaries and a network of distributors throughout Europe. Absolute Systems will be the distributor responsible for installation and service in Sub Saharan Africa.

Absolute Systems has entered into this agreement at a time when many hotel groups in South Africa are looking to kiosks as the ideal complement to the traditional reception as they gear up for the expected increased hotel traffic that the 2010 World Cup will bring. The kiosk reduces the waiting time for check - in/out, which enables the reception staff to provide a better service to those guests who require more personal attention. In addition, the kiosk is available 24/7, is user friendly and multi - lingual.

For more information about the Ariane Systems kiosk or to arrange an opportunity to view the system, contact Alistair Goble at Absolute Systems on 011 3678100.
